It is difficult to contain yourself when all the feelings and adrenaline comes rushing in. If not today then tomorrow, be optimistic it's not only you that's going through rough times there are many like you and me. It's just that they are dealing with it and not cribbing, don't give up tell them, ask them, just let out the bottled up emotions. Let them all out.
